The new Autumn/Winter cocktail collection has arrived at San Carlo, bringing together seasonal flavours, warming notes and creative serves designed for the colder months.

For Halloween, one cocktail takes centre stage.

Ghost of Venezia

Vivid, silky and made to stand out, Ghost of Venezia combines Grey Goose vodka and Midori with lemon and coconut, finished with a dramatic honey and red-coloured rim.

Available throughout Halloween week as part of the Autumn/Winter collection, it is the perfect serve for Night Behind the Mask.

Halloween activity takes place across selected restaurants during Halloween weekend, with Alto’s DJ night on Friday and selected San Carlo and Fumo restaurants hosting DJs on Saturday.

Live DJs are planned at Alto Selfridges London on Friday, followed by San Carlo Alderley Edge, San Carlo Liverpool, Fumo Birmingham and Fumo Manchester on Saturday.

Yes. Both restaurants will have Halloween mask activity as part of the weekend, although live DJs are not currently planned at these locations.

The Ghost of Venezia is San Carlo’s limited-edition Halloween cocktail, combining Grey Goose vodka, Midori, lemon and coconut with a dramatic red-coloured rim. 

Booking is strongly recommended, particularly for the restaurants hosting live DJs over Halloween weekend.
