Bottega, Reimagined

From 27th September, Bottega by San Carlo will temporarily close its doors at Selfridges Manchester Exchange Square as we prepare for a new chapter.

On 15th October, Bottega returns with a completely refreshed restaurant, bringing together Italian craftsmanship, food, drink and design in a new expression of the Bottega experience.

Taking inspiration from the meaning of bottega, an Italian workshop, store or studio, the newly imagined space will celebrate creativity and craft at every level, from the interiors and art to the dishes and cocktails served around the table.

Expect a new Autumn/Winter menu, refreshed cocktails and a distinctive new setting where food, fashion and culture meet in the heart of Manchester.

Bottega returns 15th October.

While Bottega is being transformed, guests can continue to enjoy San Carlo at Gran Café, also located within Selfridges Manchester.
