Jimmy Choo Takes Over San Carlo Champagne Bar
A Toast to 30 Years of Jimmy Choo
This September, Jimmy Choo arrives at San Carlo Champagne Bar, Selfridges Trafford for an exclusive three-week takeover celebrating 30 years of the iconic fashion house.
Running from 7–27 September 2026, the Champagne Bar has been transformed through Jimmy Choo’s unmistakable Winter Bloom colour palette, bringing fashion, cocktails and considered design together in the heart of Selfridges Manchester Trafford.
From specially created drinks and branded glassware details to Jimmy Choo menus, seating and finishing touches throughout the bar, this is a celebration designed to be experienced from the first pour to the final detail.
The Jimmy Choo Signature Collection
At the centre of the takeover is a limited-edition collection of three Jimmy Choo serves, each created exclusively for the collaboration.
Black Raspberry Martini, £17
Belvedere vodka, Chambord and homemade sugar syrup come together in a rich, polished martini finished with its own Jimmy Choo detailing.
Spicy Margarita, £18
Volcan Blanco meets fresh yuzu, lime, chilli and agave for a bright, citrus-led Margarita with a little heat.
JC Spritz, £10
An alcohol-free serve combining cherry and vanilla syrup, rhubarb and raspberry cordial, lemon, sea salt and soda for something fruit-forward and refreshing.
Look closely and you’ll find the takeover continuing into the drinks themselves, with branded cocktail picks, stirrers and Jimmy Choo ice among the details created especially for the experience.
Winter Bloom Returns
The takeover takes its inspiration from Winter Bloom, a deep plum colourway originally used across Jimmy Choo’s signature packaging and revisited as part of the brand’s 30th anniversary celebrations.
Across the Champagne Bar, the colour appears through bespoke Jimmy Choo seating, menus, coasters and branded details, transforming the space while retaining the marble, Champagne and polished finishes that define the bar.
It’s a meeting of two worlds built around glamour, craftsmanship and the details that make an occasion feel different.
This is more than a new cocktail menu.
Throughout the takeover, guests will discover Jimmy Choo touches across the bar, from branded seat covers, menus, napkins and coasters to cocktail picks, stirrers, ice and team aprons.
Jimmy Choo chocolates will also be served alongside cocktails, adding one final detail to the experience.
The result is a Champagne Bar dressed for the occasion, unmistakably San Carlo, unmistakably Jimmy Choo.
Afternoon Tea at Selfridges Trafford
The Jimmy Choo takeover doesn’t have to end with a cocktail.
Stay a little longer at the Champagne Bar with Afternoon Tea, featuring assorted savoury bites, a fruit scone, pastries and your choice of tea for £31.95 per person.
For an added celebration, Champagne Tea is £43.95 per person, including the full Afternoon Tea alongside a glass of Champagne.
Alongside Afternoon Tea, the menu also includes Italian antipasti, focaccia sandwiches, seasonal salads, sharing plates and homemade desserts for something lighter during a day at Selfridges.
Beyond the limited-edition Jimmy Choo serves, the Champagne Bar’s full drinks collection remains available throughout the takeover.
Explore Champagne by the glass and bottle, sparkling cocktails, classic and signature serves, wines, premium spirits and a dedicated selection of alcohol-free drinks.
Make the Jimmy Choo collection your first stop, then stay and discover the rest of the bar.
