Liverpool’s popular San Carlo restaurant will break with tradition by opening for breakfast during Aintree.
Champagne, Classic Bellini’s and breakfast Martini’s will top the bill on a menu which ranges from a classic full English with locally sourced sausages and bacon, to scrambled eggs with caviar and lobster.
An Italian twist will be given to poached eggs served on focaccia with avocado and bacon, all accompanied by a superb selection of home made breads, exquisite pastries and fresh fruit.
The stylish venue in Castle Street, a haunt for celebrities and top sporting personalities, will open its doors at 8.30am on Friday 9th April and Saturday 10th offering race goers’ one of the best starts to the day during this highlight in the sporting calendar.
