The new season brings richer flavours to San Carlo Manchester, with fresh black truffle, roasted pumpkin, wild mushrooms, seasonal seafood and slow-cooked dishes appearing throughout the Autumn/Winter collection.

New dishes include Insalata di Zucca, pairing roasted pumpkin with chestnut mushrooms, ricotta salata, toasted hazelnuts and fresh black truffle, alongside Rigatoro Affumicato & Monkfish, with smoked rigatoni, rich bisque and fresh chives.

For something made for the colder months, Beef Cheek is slowly braised and served with creamy mashed potatoes, red wine jus and salsa verde, while Tagliatelle Castagne combines chestnut pasta, creamy mushrooms and shaved black truffle.
