October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time when communities come together to support those affected by breast cancer, raise awareness about the disease, and fundraise for research. This year, we’re introducing a special cocktail that not only delights your taste buds but also contributes to a vital cause. Meet Rosa, a cocktail created with care and garnished with a whimsical touch of pink candy floss.

For every Rosa cocktail sold, £2 goes directly to a charity focused on breast cancer prevention. By enjoying this special cocktail, you’re contributing to critical research and support services for those affected by breast cancer.

Join Us in the Fight

We invite you to join us this Breast Cancer Awareness Month by raising a glass of Rosa. Whether you’re out with friends or hosting a gathering, this cocktail is a simple yet impactful way to show your support.

Together, let’s sip, savor, and support the journey towards a future without breast cancer. Cheers to making a difference, one cocktail at a time!

“In a market that sometimes feels saturated with inoffensive high street chains, it’s refreshing to come across a restaurant for whom passion for produce remains a guiding principle. At the heart of Carlo Distefano’s business empire lies a real appreciation for quality ingredients – and it shows!”

This extract from Birmingham’s What’s On Guide’s review of our San Carlo restaurant in Temple Street was music to our ears, for it strikes at the heart of our philosophy – our passion for produce is key. Find out what happened when the Guide dropped by to review us here… Read more…
