Gift Card Terms and Conditions

San Carlo Gift Cards may be used in any San Carlo restaurant *excluding Cicchetti at House of Fraser, Selfridges restaurants and San Carlo at Manchester Airport* as part or full payment for goods. Only one card can be used per table. Protect the card and treat it as cash. This gift card is not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The gift card will be valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Any remaining balance will not be refunded and will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Christmas Gift Card Offer 2025

From 28 November 2025 to 1 December 2025, purchase a £100 digital gift card online and we will automatically increase its value to £120 – an exclusive £20 gift from us, just for you. All other gift card denominations remain available to purchase as usual.

*This exclusive offer is available online only, and multiple £100 cards may be purchased. All gift cards are valid until February 28th 2027.
