Now Open! San Carlo FUMO at 1 St Peter’s Square
San Carlo Fumo Manchester, the latest concept restaurant, bar and late lounge from San Carlo Group is now open at 1 St Peter’s Square in central Manchester.
Serving cicchetti style small plate dishes and original signature cocktails, seven days a week; on the ground floor Fumo features luxurious banquette and individual seating and a spectacular fifteen metre solid marble bar. A grand staircase leads to a second dining area, which can also be used as a private dining room. This sophisticated dining area has floor to ceiling windows and a dramatic back lit feature wall with views into the working kitchen.
We welcome you to call in for a bite to eat and a glass of fizz or a cocktail at the feature bar or take a table and enjoy sharing original seafood, pasta, meat and salad cichetti dishes and a glass of fine wine.
Open from 8am until midnight Monday to Thursday, from 10am until 2am on Friday and Saturday and from 10am until 11pm on Sundays, Fumo is looking forward to welcoming guests to enjoy its late lounge atmosphere, with guest DJ’s on the ground floor from 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
