Which Negroni Are You Ordering First?
From 15th to 30th September, we’re celebrating one of Italy’s most iconic cocktails with three takes on the Negroni.
Start with the unmistakable original, discover a brighter grapefruit-led twist, or try something fruitier with strawberry and white cacao.
Available across San Carlo restaurants, excluding Gran Café, for a limited time.
Few cocktails are as instantly recognisable as the Negroni. For Negroni Week 2026, we’ve taken the classic combination of gin, Campari and vermouth and explored it three different ways.
Classic, citrus-led or fruitier, find the serve that suits you.
The Original.
Bombay Sapphire, Campari and Cocchi Torino Vermouth come together for the bold, bittersweet balance that defines a classic Negroni.
Fresh, Bright and Sparkling.
Campari and Cocchi Torino Vermouth meet Sarti Rosa and grapefruit liqueur, finished with Prosecco for a lighter twist on the classic.
A fruitier take with an unexpected finish.
Bombay Sapphire and strawberry-infused Campari are joined by Cocchi Torino Vermouth and white cacao liqueur.
Classic, citrus-led or fruitier, the only question is which one you’ll try first.
Discover the Negroni Week collection at San Carlo from 15th to 30th.
