As part of Selfridges’ House of Dreams campaign, Alto has unveiled a striking new seasonal installation featuring oversized Amalfi lemons and vibrant pink bougainvillea cascading throughout the entrance, lift lobby and rooftop restaurant.

Designed to capture the romance, warmth and playful surrealism of Mediterranean living, the installation creates the perfect backdrop for long lunches, sunset cocktails and unforgettable summer celebrations high above Oxford Street.

Celebrate the flavours of summer with a collection of exclusive summer dishes created by our chefs using the finest ingredients of the season.

This summer’s menu showcases vibrant Italian flavours with dishes including the following:

• Baby Spinach Salad with smoked ricotta, walnuts and pomegranate
• Red Prawn Tartare with burrata, pickled cucumber and pea shoots
• Lemon Tagliolini with caviar and chives
• Pappardelle with veal ragù and summer black truffle
• Sea Bass in a herb crust with spinach and balsamic dressing
• Grilled Ribeye with salsa verde
